LunarPump.fun allows users to embed live video streams from third-party platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and Kick to promote token launches, host discussions, or engage with their communities.

LunarPump.fun does not host, store, or broadcast live streams on its own servers. All streaming functionality is powered by these external platforms, and all data is transmitted directly through them.

By embedding a stream on LunarPump.fun, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your live content and any interactions occurring during the broadcast.
• You must comply with the terms and policies of the third-party platform you stream through.
• LunarPump.fun acts only as an embedding interface, not as a broadcaster or host.

LunarPump.fun encourages the use of live streaming for:

• Token launch events and community AMAs.
• Developer updates, roadmap discussions, and feature showcases.
• Educational or entertainment content related to blockchain, crypto, or technology.
• General community engagement that aligns with legal and ethical standards.

The following content or activities are strictly prohibited in any live stream embedded on LunarPump.fun:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive practices, including pump-and-dump schemes, scams, or unregistered securities promotion.
• Unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked material.
• Content that is excessively violent, sexually explicit, or promotes harm toward others.
• False, misleading, or manipulative financial claims.
• Impersonation of individuals, companies, or other projects.
• Using streams to bypass enforcement actions or moderation bans from YouTube, Twitch, or Kick.
• Any other content or conduct that violates applicable laws or third-party platform rules.

LunarPump.fun reserves the right to remove or restrict any stream that breaches these standards.

To maintain integrity across all project pages:

• Embedded streams must be publicly viewable and comply with YouTube, Twitch, and Kick embedding permissions.
• LunarPump.fun does not monitor or moderate live content in real time, but may review reports of abuse or illegal activity.

If a violation is detected or reported, LunarPump.fun may:

• Disable or remove the stream embed,
• Notify the relevant streaming platform, and/or
• Suspend or permanently remove the related LunarPump.fun project.

LunarPump.fun assumes no liability for live content displayed through third-party embeds. All responsibility remains with the broadcaster.

If you believe a live stream embedded on LunarPump.fun violates this policy or any applicable law, please report it to:
